Honey Chorizo Spread.
Chorizo is a delicious, versatile pork charcuterie that packs a lot of flavor punch! For this crowd-pleaser, combine two links of (uncooked) Spanish chorizo and 1/3 cup of honey. Cook the chorizo on high heat for 6-8 minutes and combine it with the honey in a food processor. Marinate for one hour and serve with your favorite crackers or artisan bread!
A spicy, spreadable sausage that has a soft texture and rich flavor, nduja is the perfect ingredient for making a party spread. Combine three ounces of nduja and three ounces of heavy cream in a sauce pan until the nduja melts. Pour the mixture into a blender with one egg and puree. Strain with a sieve, and pour into an oven-safe cup or jar. Bake in a casserole dish filled with water at 300 degrees for 45 minutes, then allow time to cool, cover and chill.
