We had our friend Pam Holloway in town and kind of waited until the last minute to make a reservation and were happy that we got into Coohills just around the corner (walking distance- almost felt like being in Europe- actually we drove- but hey it could have happened). We had gone Coohills once before and had a good experience but this one was even better.
Starting with a great bottle of wine recommended by the sommelier we got dinner kicked off fast with this great tray of pates, cheeses, gherkins, brie, fig jelly, nuts and olives. Both pates were country style nice and rugged and deeply flavored. We are definitely heading back.
