I built this charcuterie tray for a party at our friend’s Ed and Jane Shriner. A lot of it was purchased from Tony’s located here in Denver as well as from a King Sooper that features cheeses from Murray’s of New York.
The setting includes classic country pate, brie, Port Salut, Serrano ham, cappicola, baguette, crackers, gherkins and more. This was a winter-time party so I didn’t have much in the way of fruit which I normally like to add. This was for a party of about 10 people. Big yum
